Guided visit to the ENZY demonstration site

Yesteday, Enzymicals AG (BOC case) hosted a review meeting for an EU-funded project called upPE-T (H2020-NMBP-TR-IND-2020-twostage, RIA, GRANT AGREEMENT: 953214). In this project, Enzymicals is part of a consortium that investigates the upcycling of PE & PET wastes to generate biodegradable bioplastics for food and drink packaging. Part of the agenda of this meeting was a visit to the labs of Enzymicals. It also included a guided tour of the demo plant developed within the MACBETH project. Dr. David Liese provided an introduction to the scientists as well as an overview of the demo plant.
The visitors were interested and impressed by the plant.
