International Energy Agency (IEA) visited MACBETH’ demonstrator at CNH2
- 25/11/2024
This month CNH2 – Centro Nacional del Hidrógeno had the privilege of showcasing H2SITE’s innovative natural gas reforming unit to members of the AFC TCP (Advanced Fuel Cells Technology Collaboration Programme) under the International Energy Agency (IEA).
As part of MACBETH, this membrane reactor stands at the forefront of hydrogen technology. Capable of producing 40 kg/day of high-purity hydrogen, the reactor leverages a groundbreaking approach by combining reaction and separation in a single step, maximizing efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
This session highlighted the potential of this technology to significantly advance the hydrogen economy, aligning with global efforts to decarbonize energy systems and promote sustainable solutions.
A big thank you to Diego Rodríguez Bermúdez for leading such an engaging and insightful presentation! His expertise continues to inspire innovation and collaboration in the hydrogen sector.
